“It was awful. Stop it. I could go on explaining exactly what was wrong with it, but countless people before me have done it so there’s really no point. Yes, I’m sure people didn’t have high hopes for it to begin with, because, lets be honest, M. Night Shyamalan has never done anything exceptionally well in his entire career. That doesn’t change the fact that he butchered basically everything. Yes, it was a lot he had to fit into one movie, but that really shouldn’t be used as an excuse. It’s as though he took the DVD box, read the back and said, “it’s cool guys, I got this.” All that can really be said from this point is I hope Earth and Fire, (if they even make enough money to be made) are better. Get a new director, let the guys who wrote the show write the movie, and just do better. The series is absolutely amazing, and fans shouldn’t have to settle for this bullshit.
