So last weekend i had a Bandung trip with a couple of friends to visit my friend who just had a baby :3
Meaning: Three weekends in a row visiting Bandung. Blah.
We stayed in this funny old-school Melati-class hotel [cheapo hotel, that is] for a night, called Arlya hotel. The reception said that our room was the largest and i tell ya, it was HUGE. i think it was the Presidential Suite or sumtin :p
after taking a power nap (cos we left at 6 am in the morning. doh!) we visited the new-born baby boy. He was sooo tiny and all he did was sleeping. soo cuteee.. Anyway, congrats to Teteh and Kaka :3
thennn, onto next destination: Hang-out place, pleaseee. we decided to go to Roemah Kopi. Man the road was hell. The place was sort of located up on the hill. Teteh drew the map for us and we, these 3 super women, got there without getting lost! see, women CAN actually read map! :)
the place was cool. very ‘Bandung’ i think :p but the menu is so-so. i ordered a beef omelet [yes, no rice. i’m on diet :P) and Floating Island (cappuccino with vanilla ice cream on top, that is).
God, Please don’t send me to Bandung again this weekend. 3 weekends in a row is enough for now.
